Founder and President of Dick Batchelor Management Group, Inc. a public policy planning and consulting firm based in Central Florida. Previously chaired three committees and four subcommittees while serving in the Florida House of Representatives. Has participated on a variety of national and international commissions by Presidential appointment. Currently is the Chairman of the Foundation Board of Directors for Florida Hospital, the largest hospital system in the country. Served for six years as the Chairman of the Florida Environmental Regulation Commission. Remains very active as an advocate for education. Graduate of the University of Central Florida.
