Currently serves as Chairman of Great Court Capital, a New York based
finance and advisory firm serving international clientele. Has taken
over 30 companies public on U.S. and European exchanges, and has advised hundreds of firms in the areas of
corporate structure, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and related
matters, in addition to having served on dozens of publicly traded and private entity
boards. Is an active philanthropist and also a frequent lecturer at both
professional and academic forums. Earned his Ph.D. in International Law at
Cambridge University, an MBA in Finance at the City University of New York,
and his Bachelors degree in Economics from Brooklyn College.
