Christopher Steffen - Retired Vice Chairman, Citicorp. Former CFO of Eastman Kodak and Honeywell, and Vice President and Controller of Chrysler Corporation. Currently serves as Chairman of Viasystems, Inc.

Don Calvin - Chairman of International Business Enterprises, Inc. Ran day to day operations at the New York Stock Exchange. Currently serves on the board of the National Stock Exchange where he previously was chairman.

Ivan Berkowitz, PH.D. - Internationally recognized financial advisor in the areas of corporate structure, governance, and mergers and acquisitions. Has taken over 30 companies public on U.S. and European exchanges.

Lawrence Holmes - Founding Partner of Columbia Consulting Group, a senior level executive search firm.  Has placed over 80 senior level positions at the New York Stock Exchange, and has been named one of the top 100 recruiters in the U.S. and one of the Global 200 Executive Recruiters.

James Zipursky - Managing Director, Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide, Midwest Operations. CFAW is the largest middle market merger and acquisition advisory firm in the country. Has consummated in excess of $1 billion in M&A transactional value.

Pat Williams - Co-Founder and Senior Vice President of the Orlando Magic of the NBA

Robert Manion - Retired CFO, Accenture Global Enterprises.

Stephen Schnorf - Served as State of Illinois Budget Director for state's $50 billion annual budget, and as Director of Central Management Services with oversight of state's purchasing, contracts, and employee benefit programs.

Daulet Saudabayev - Non-staff Advisor to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. Previously Vice Minister of Finance for Kazakhstan and Executive Director of private Oil Company. Also served as Advisor to the Executive Director of the International Monetary Fund.

Dick Batchelor - Founder and President of Dick Batchelor Management Group, Inc. Previously served in Florida House of Representatives where he chaired three commitees and four subcommitees. By Presidential appointment has served on various national and international commissions.

Sue Payton - President, SCI Aerospace, Inc. Recently retired Asst. Secretary of the Air Force responsible for research, development, and procurement for the Agency. Former Deputy Under Secretary of Defense with responsibility for Technology and Counter Terrorism activities providing war winning capabilities to U.S. and Coalition troops.
