investor relations firm. Headed up the firm’s consulting and capital
sourcing/structuring business, also had oversight of company’s portfolio and
trading responsibilities. Prior work history includes CEO of a boutique mezzanine fund based in the Midwest, CFO of
Stevens Industries, Inc. (major woodworking firm), Group Controller for
Sequa Corp. (NYSE manufacturer and refurbisher of jet engine
components for commercial and military aircraft), and various managerial
positions at Caterpillar, Inc. (Fortune 100 manufacturer of earthmoving
equipment and diesel engines). Earned Distinguished Alumnus Award from
Eastern Illinois University School of Business. Is a Certified Public
Accountant and Certified Management Accountant. Received Accounting degree
from Eastern Illinois University and MBA from University of Illinois
Executive MBA Program.
