Retired as Vice Chairman and Director of Citicorp and its principal subsidiary, Citibank N.A.  Prior to Citicorp, served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Eastman Kodak. Also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer and Director of Honeywell and was the architect of their turnaround.  As Vice President and Controller of Chrysler Corporation, was a member of the team that engineered their financial turnaround.  Currently serves as Chairman of Viasystems, Inc. and as a director of W.R. Grace & Co.  Earned Certified Public Accountant certificate (inactive). Graduate of the University of Michigan (Mathematics), and Wayne State University (MBA).
