Currently serves as Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide (“CFAW”) Midwest operations. CFAW is the largest mid-market merger and acquisition advisory firm in the country, with locations across the United States and Canada.  Has consummated more that 100 transactions over the past 14 years, representing in excess of $1 billion in transaction values. Under his direction CFA-MidWest has been honored as an INC 5000 Fastest Growing Private Company for 2007 & 2008; one of the Top 10 Fastest Growing Companies in Nebraska for the same period. Has significant cross-border transactional experience. Is a member of the Board of Directors of the International Corporate Finance Group ("ICFG"), an organization with partner firms in 14 nations dedicated to facilitating cross-border deals. Also serves as CFAW's representative to the International Business Law Consortium ("IBLC"), a worldwide organization consisting of 100+ law firms; elected to serve a 2-year term on the IBLC's 5-person Advisory Council.
