Currently serves as Managing Director of Corporate Finance Associates Worldwide (“CFAW”) Midwest operations. CFAW is the largest mid-market merger and acquisition advisory firm in the country, with 35 locations across the United States and Canada.  Has consummated over 80 transactions over the past 11 years, representing in excess of $1 billion in transaction values. Instrumental in expanding CFAW into Europe where there are now 12 European-based partners.  Also serves as CFAW’s  representative to the International Business Law Consortium, a worldwide organization consisting of  114 law firms. Serves as Chairman of CFAW's Strategic Alliance Committee. Prior to CFAW, built and successfully sold a temporary help agency, and worked as a Senior Recruiter for Electronic Data Systems, where he placed numerous professionals on Ross Perot’s personal staff.  Graduated from University of California, Berkeley.
